Return & Refund Policy – Barrel Society Apparel

1. Custom & Personalized Items

  • Custom posters, framed prints, and personalized apparel are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please include photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund once the claim is verified.

3. Non-Custom Items

  • Non-custom apparel and merchandise can be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags attached.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective.

  • We recommend using tracked shipping for returns; we are not responsible for lost items.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for non-custom items and subject to availability.

6. How to Request a Return or Refund

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders for custom items cannot be canceled once production has started.
