1. Custom & Personalized Items

Custom posters, framed prints, and personalized apparel are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include photos of the item and packaging.

We will replace the item or issue a full refund once the claim is verified.
3. Non-Custom Items

Non-custom apparel and merchandise can be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags attached.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective.

We recommend using tracked shipping for returns; we are not responsible for lost items.
5. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for non-custom items and subject to availability.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders for custom items cannot be canceled once production has started.
